Assume that (a) Bob tells International's president that he will not deliver his opinion without changes to the representations and warranties; and (b) the president responds by telling Bob that if he fails to deliver the opinion, he will be in breach of his employment agreement with International. Bob then calls you and asks what his rights are if he quits, or in the alternative, if International fires him.
