Suppose the S&P 500 was at 2,000 today and in 5 years the S&P 500 is at 8,000. If one would use $10,000 to purchase stocks that would change in value by the same percentage as the S&P 500 over the same 5 year period, how much would they have (in dollars) in 5 years?
