Smart homes and the devices that power us are now everywhere. Smart technology tools are all around us, impacting our lives in ways we wouldn't have Imagined even a decade ago. Smart technology tools include a mix of computer hardware sensors and software that connects wirelessly to a network. One of the goals of any smart technology tools is to collect and collate data. At some point, the goal is for all these sensors to connect and "talk" with each other to create a seamless user experience where our every need is anticipated. These improvements will set the stage for the next wave of smart devices. Businesses need to be ready to capitalise on these changes.

This report should help you to assess the impact of smart technology tool(s) In business.

The report should contain the following: (400 words)

1. Introduction
a) Explain the term smart technology.
b) Explain how smart technology tool(s) can improve business processes and performance.

2. Background:
a) A comprehensive background of the smart technology tool(s), its advantages and disadvantages.
b) Impact of smart technology tool(s) on SMEs in the developing and developed countries.

3. Discussion Section. Based on the recommended smart technology tool(s), identify and explain the following:

b) Identify and explain the functions of the chosen smart technology tool(s) keeping in mind the software applications for them.

a) Provide a secure computing environment that ensures data privacy and integrity and mitigates cyber-security threats.
