Three different tasks including names, for example: task 1 resident name Mary including the profile of the client)and self reflection… task 2 resident name Philip including the profile of the client and self reflection, task 3 name Jill including the profile of the client and self reflection. To all 3 residents need to put age, back ground and illness condition.
