1. Write a class called Mortgage that calculates the cost of a mortgage. Prompt the user to enter the principal amount, the term in years, and the interest rate per year. The program capitalizes the randomly chosen letter in each word, makes the rest of the word lowercase, and outputs the result. Also it outputs the number of letters in each word, printing the results into two columns: word and number of letters.
