A large, cylindrical tank contains kerosene (S.G. = 0.85) in storage later to be transported by rail. The tank has a diameter of 19 meters and is 11 meters tall and has a 28 cm in diameter hole at its base. In order to speed up draining as the level of kerosene in the tank decreases the top can be sealed and pressurized. If the FULL velocity, when it is open, is maintained by an ever increasing internal pressure, what is the time needed to drain the tank?
