The vibrating wedge shown in Fig. 11.1 is used for an amplitude measurement. The length of the wedge is 15 cm ± 0.5 mm and the thickness is 2.5 cm ± 0.2 mm. The x distance is measured as x = 5.6 cm ± 1.3 mm. Calculate the vibration amplitude and its uncertainty in percent.
