A gas undergoes an isochoric heating during which it gains 5760 Joule of heat, attaining a pressure of 3.91x105 Pa. Following this, it experiences an isobaric compression that is also adiabatic, in which its volume decreases by 8.00x10-3m3. Calculate the total change in internal energy of the gas for this two-step process. Be sure to include the algebraic sign (-or +) of the total change in internal energy.
