Two capillary tubes have radii of 1 mm and 0.5 mm respectively. They are placed in a liquid whose density is 0.80 g/cc and which completely wets the walls of the tube, i.e. theta=0 . The difference in height of capillary rise is 0.74 cm. Calculate the surface tension of the liquid.
