A certain pn junction is operating with Vt=26mV and ni=1.08x10^10 electrons/cm^3. The doping concentrations are Na=2x10^15 cm^-3 and Nd=9x10^16cm^-3. The diffusion coefficient are Dn=34cm^2/s and Dp=12cm^2/s. The diffusion lengths are Ln=20micrometer and Lp=30micrometer. The pn junction needs to conduct a current of 2mA with a forward bias voltage of 0.7V. Calculate the required junction area?
