A 55.5kg woman steps onto an elevator, selects the 4th floor, and waits for the elevator to move. The elevator accelerates upward at 2.50m/s2. After the elevator passes the 3rd floor, it accelerates downward at 3.20m/s2 to slow the elevator to a stop.
