2 moles of a monatomic ideal gas is placed under a piston in a cylindrical container. The piston can move freely up and down without friction and its diameter is 20 cm. A 50 kg weight is placed on the top of the piston. The initial temperature of the gas is 0 °C.

a. Calculate the absolute pressure in the container

b. Calculate the volume of the gas. The gas is heated to a temperature of a 100 °C at the constant pressure.

c.  Calculate the new volume of the gas.

d. Calculate the amount of work done by the gas during its expansion.
