One hundred CDs, each containing 74 min of recording time, were tested for defects. The frequency of defects is given in Table 21.6. Calculate the mean number of defects per 74 min of recording time and choose an appropriate probability model. Using your model copy, complete the two empty columns of the table. Comment on the agreement between the number of incidents and the chosen model frequencies.
