A direct injection, four-stroke, six cylinder Diesel engine has 10L if displacement volume. Bore and stroke dimensions are 125mm and 136mm, respectively. The engine was designed to deliver 184 HP at 2100 RPM. Calculate the air flow rate (g/s) when piston speed is 8 m/s and volumetric efficiency is 92%. Calculate the mass of fuel injected per cylinder, per cycle (mg).
