Question: Two uniform sticks of length 2r each with mass m are hinged together at the end one stands on top of the other. The bottom of the lower stick is hinged on the ground They are held at rest such that lower stick is vertical and upper one is titled at small angle Delta.

a) Use lagrangian method to calculate their initial accelerations(in terms of delta)

b) Use lagrangian multiplier to calculate the horizontal and vertical forces provided by the hinge on the ground at the moment of its release.
