A .65 m long pendelum is pulled back to an angle of 45 degreeswith the vertical and released from rest. On the opposite side ofits frist swing, it rises to a maximum angle of 30 degress with thevertical. The mass of the pendulum is 250 g. Calculate the energy lost in this first swing.
