For two concentric conducting rings the inner of the large ring in 12 cm and the outer radius of the smaller ring is 4 cm. The electric potential of the inner ring is 0 and that of the outer ring is 10 V. Calculate the electric potential half way between the two rings 8 cm away from the center of the rings. Please show your work.
