A linearly polarized plane wave with power density S = 5 × 10-9 Watts per square meter is incident from free space onto the flat surface of a ferrite having relative permeability of 100 and relative permittivity of 4. The angle of incidence is 45°, and the incident wave is polarized parallel to the plane of incidence.
