"Government has set its target to provide some fixed quantity of water to the households in the country. For example, it is a target to half the proportion of population in the globe who are not having access to the safe drinking water by 2015. In 2002, there was a formation of 'African Minister's Council on Water' whose goal was to promote the cooperation social and economic development, and eradication of poverty by effectively managing the water resources of Africa. There are many other such programmes in the society such as DIGDEEP water, Generosity water, Global water partnership, Healing waters international, etc. which aimed to provide the water and food requirements to the needy people in the society"

Question: Production possibility frontiers show the most efficiently possible production for an economy and offer information to calculate the comparative advantage. Then economies can either trade with a company that has the competitive advantage with a needed good, or they can work to increase their resources and better their technology.
