A bicyclist is coasting down a hill with a slope of 8 deg into a head wind of 5 m/sec (measured relative to the ground). The bicycle + rider mass is 80 kg and the coefficient of rolling friction is 0.02. Assuming that the frontal area is about 0.5 m2 and the drag coefficient is about 0.5, calculate the bicycle speed. (for air use: ? = 1.8 x 10-5 N s/m2 ? = 1.2 kg/m3 ).
