At the Paris Auto Show this week, a concept car by Lamborghini called "Sesto Elemento" (Sixth Element) was being shown. It features a carbon-fiber body (carbon is the sixth element on the periodic table) and has mass of only 1050 kg. It has a 570-hp engine that can reportedly accelerate the car from zero to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds. (1 point each)

a. Calculate the work done on the car during the acceleration. (Be wary of units!)

b. Calculate the average power during the acceleration.

c. Convert your answer from part (b) to horsepower.

d. Why is the quoted value of 570-hp different from your result in part (c).
