A DC motor is driving a load given by TL = 2 + 0.02ωL Nm , where ωL is the speed in rad/sec. The armature resistance of the motor, Ra = 2Ω . The machine constants, kE=kT =0.4 (in SI units). In steady state,calculate the required armature voltage corresponding to the following two speeds of operation.
(a) ωL = 0 and
(b) ωL = 100rad /sec
