A computer with a mass of 2-kg is packed in a box and surrounded by packing material. The box is dropped vertically onto a horizontal surface. The vertical velocity of the box at the time that it hits the surface is v = 8 m/s. After impact the computer experiences a vertical force due to the packing material Fp = kx, where k is a spring constant and x is the vertical compression of the packing material. Assume that the value of k is 40,000 N/m

A) Calculate max Vertical compression of packing material.

B) Calculate the max acceleration experienced by the computer after impact.
