Question: Pretend that our class conducted a lab on the population genetics of squirrels in Utah. The class was split into 3 group and sent to different areas of the state (northern, central and southern) to collect DNA samples. 100 squirrels from each location (assume that each population is effectively large and randomly mating) were genotyped for a locus that follows Mendelian inheritance. The number of individuals in each genotype is listed below. Calculate the level of genetic differentiation between the subpopulations.
