As a space craft approaches a planet, the rocket engines on it are fired to slow it down so it will go into orbit around the planet. The spacecraft%u2019s mass is 253 kg and the thrust (force) of the rocket engines is 41 N. If the speed of the spacecraft must be decreased by 139 m/s, how long must the engines be fired. (Ignore the change in mass due to the rocket engines firing).
