An outboard motor for a boat is cooled by lake water at 14.7 degC and has a compression ratio of 14.1. Assume the air is diatomic (gamma=7/5).

a.) Calculate efficiency of the engine's Otto Cycle.

b.) Using part a and the fact that efficiency of the Carnot cycle is greater than the Otto cycle, estimate the minimum temperature of the engine.
