a) Through the data sheet the power meter is 4.5 HP. Find the hp range for PH-3A-HG in hp. The power meter measures the power and outputs a 0 - 10 voltage signal. Calculate the conversion factor for converting the voltage output from the sensor into hp.

b) Find the accuracy/repeatability of the power meter in the data sheet. What will be the accuracy/repeatability of the power meter in hp?

c) Find the response time of the power meter in the data sheet. The power meter has an optional response adjustment board. Hence, its response time is currently set at 0.060 sec. Assume that the power meter can be modeled as a 1st order system and the response time corresponds to its time constant. What is the transfer function of the power meter? What is the cut-off (corner) frequency of the power meter in rad/sec and Hz?
