Liquid water at 20 Degrees C has a constant pressure mass specific heat of Cp=4181.8. Suppose that 1kg of liquid water is in a fixed temperature and fixed pressure reservoir and is in equilibrium with its surroundings at a fixed temperature of 20 Degrees C.

a.) What is the standard deviation (in joules) of the enthalpy fluctuations for this mass of water?

b.) By how many bits of information does thie entropy of this system change when the enthalpy changes by one standard deviation during a fluctuation caused by thermal contact between the system and its environment?
