Assignment Task
This assignment requires you to identify an organisation - one you know well and preferably have worked in. Your aim is to evaluate how innovation can be supported and implemented through entrepreneurship practice. This may include either: the types of innovation evident in the organisation; the process of innovation or the implementation of innovation and how / if entrepreneurship is practised.
The proposed innovation that you would like to implement should include:
1. Introduction to the assessment and report;
2. Background of the organisation and its approach towards entrepreneurship and innovation in the local and/or global context;
3. Propose a specific product, process, technology OR business model innovation that you would like to implement due to the rapidly changing organisational ecosystem and justification of the type of innovation;
4. Evaluation of at least 3 potential obstacles you may encounter as part of the implementation process
5. Discuss the measures of how to you overcome the obstacles;
6. Reflection on potential outcomes you are hoping to achieve from the proposed innovation supported with the measurable and non-measurable metrics;
7. Conclusion and recommendations;
8. Use of academic resources and evidence of reading and research (use throughout) and structure of the report.
