As a Public Relations Manager you must present information to three sets of stakeholders (store managers, store employees, retail customers/public) explaing the adjustments to allow employees to come to work on fewer days a week to combat rising gas prices and save money on store operations. Stores will close on Sunday. On Monday through Saturday, stores will open an hour later and close an hour earlier. Full-time employees will work four 10-hour days a week. No stores are closing but no new stores are opening. Determine the characteristics of the audience and use the appropriate communication type and style for each audience.

1. Outline the steps to take in drafting the three business communications.
2. Write three different positive messages to the three different audiences explaining the changes in store operations.
3. Write a short reflection on your writing and compare the different types of business writings.
