You are to research (include referencing) and analyse the following 2 questions:

Question 1: from content covered in Week Two (400 words)
Explain what job satisfaction is. How does a high level of job satisfaction influence employee behaviour? How does job satisfaction influence customer satisfaction?
Question 2: from content covered in Week Three (400 words)
Explain the difference between formal and informal groups in the workplace. No matter whether groups are formal or informal, norms are often developed to manage group behaviour. Explain how group norms are developed and enforced in the workplace.
We are looking for you to show how you understand the concepts so explain your definitions in your own words. Please make sure you reference in-text, so we can see where your descriptions come from, and support this with your reference list. Firstly, use the reading for this week and there are several textbooks in the library that you can also use. There is also a referencing guide on the student portal to help you reference correctly and if you need help with this, them please go to the library and see your ASC.
