Aladdin is a R&D company that has recently developed a new type of fiber that is resistant to water and dirt. Several carpet manufacturers want to use this company as their supplier for this new fiber. The locations (coordinates of the cities) of the carpet manufacturers are summarized in the following table:

The company expects to make 130, 75, 90, 80, 75, 80, 100, 90, 70 shipments to carpet producers, respectively. The company wants to build two new plants in a location that minimizes annual shipping miles. However, It also want to stay50 miles at most from each of the new customers to support any production issues that may arise. We will assume that shipments are made in a straight line from the company to the manufacturer.

c) The solution obtained and its cost, explained in understandable language by a company manager.
