The NHFishercats are debating whether to build a new restroom in the leftfield area near the patio adjoining the bar/restaurant located there. he cot of building the restroom is estimated to be $60,000 and is expected to last 10 years. by installing an easily accessible restroom, the owners hope to sell approximately 1000 more tickets per season for the next 10 years (primarily to customers of the bar/restaurant). if the price of tickets is assumed to be $8 per person and the cost of capital is assumed to be 6% then would you recommend building the restroom? why or why not?
