Task - You will develop a plan for an organisation to promote creative thinking with a view to enhancing innovation and corporate entrepreneurship. You will need to include an in-depth literature review critically evaluating alternative contemporary perspectives in order to draw meaningful conclusions and develop feasible recommendations to the organisation. You will present your analysis and plan in a 2,400-word report.
The task for the first assignment requires a focus on individual creative thinking skills.
You will need to demonstrate a critical appreciation of individual blocks to creative thinking.
You will then need to critically evaluate alternative approaches to developing individual creative thinking skills in the context of the live project or case study, for example the use of structured techniques in the creative problem-solving process or design thinking?
Drawing on your critical analysis and evaluation of individual blocks and alternative development approaches, your task is to develop a training plan to promote creative thinking skills with a view to enhance innovation and corporate entrepreneurship in the context of the live project or case study.
You will present your analysis, findings and recommendations for the training plan in a 2400-word report.
