Problem
Nightingale is a senior at the university who is completing a field experience (internship) to graduate. She is studying Psychology and would like to work in the user experience field. Her minor is UX and her major is Psyc. She is an intern at Experian for the summer as a user experience analyst; here is a description to assist you.
Responsibilities of the User Experience Analyst Intern include:
Conduct user research and testing
Develop wire frames and task flows
Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user friendly user interfaces
Find creative ways to solve user problems such as usability and findability
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Web Design, Web Development, User Experience and Interaction Design, Marketing, Communications or related degree
Experience with web design, wire frames, and chatbot coding
Strong communication and collaboration skills, curious, critical thinking, and analytical mind

Her Intern Project:
Her manager assigned her an intern project to analyze the resource hub for employees and make recommendations on how to improve navigation and usability. She must test the hub utilizing usability testing procedures and also consider the various personalities of the many countries that will be presented to the hub. She is using some theories like Cognitive Load Theory, Information Processing Theory, Gestalt Principles, User-Centered Design, Fitts's Law.
