Question: As a member of your HR Compensation team, you have been working on a project to update the sales commission plan.Previously there was dissatisfaction with the sales staff regarding the commission plan. Outline the changes the Human Resource and Finance teams are planning to implement, to include changes, if any, to the distribution type and frequency.
Be sure to support the rationale for any changes or plan components that won't be changing.
Use your choice of software to record yourself narrating the slides, making sure to keep the presenter image visible at all times. Comport yourself professionally, as if presenting to the team.
Requirements:
