4. Prepare an outline cost plan for a proposed house in Nizwa using the information given below in the table. the quality of the building is anticipated to increase by 25%. The cost of service and facilities are expected to increase by 15%. The cost of external works is 35% of the building and the cost of preliminary works is 7% of the total construction cost.
