To be legally drunk in Florida is having a blood alachol level (BAL) of 0.08. For a 140 lb individual, this is approximately 3 drinks (=3 beers) within one hour. Blood alcohol level drops about 0.01 BAL every 45 minutes. How many drinks can a 100 lb individual drink within 1 hour and have a blood alcohol level that is 0.02? What about a 180 lb individual?
