- Examine and apply problem solving techniques using algorithms and learn how to test and validate code.
Task 1
Use the Blinds Quotation Version 1 and thoroughly test it before you make any modifications.
Use the Developer Test plan (Blinds Quotation Version 1) below to test your application.
Task 2: Do the following modifications
Add the extra fields for postal address as shown above.
Validation of postal address should include:
Exception handling for width, length and number of blinds.
The Company ONLY makes blinds whose width is between 30 cm ( 0.3 m) and 200cm (2 m)
The minimum length is 50 cm (0.5 m) and 220 cm (2.2 m)
Task 3: After making the above modifications use the Developer Test plan below (Regression Test: Blinds Quotation Version 2) to regression test of your application. (NOTE: It's exactly the same as previous tests)
Task 4: Having retested the previous parts of your application, it's now time to test the added functionality. Use the Developer Test plan below (Test Plan - Blinds Quotation Version 2)
Include test for Business rules 5.
The Company ONLY makes blinds whose width is between 30 cm ( 0.3 m) and 200cm (2 m)
Task 5: Finally have the output written to a File called output.txt
