Students are required to work in groups of 5 and create a digital presentation for an original event idea for a new community or Charity Events:

In the presentation, please include the following information:

- draft an event brief
- develop a purpose statement and the outcomes(discuss why the event is being held)
- describe who are your target market and number of people at the event
- describe what type of event will it be and time of year - season
- identify where will it be held - venue or site selection along with unique selling points andinclude any floor plans or site plan layouts

- discuss the location's facilities - transport,accommodation, parking, accessibility
- describe your original event ideas for a theme, catering, beverages
- describe your entertainment. aspects such as audio visual, staging and lighting, entertainment
- Present a floor plan or site map for your event
- Present a final mood board slide showing your logo, colour scheme and images
