Question

Differential diagnosis for The patient reports her headaches are not better controlled with present medication regimen. She reports having at least 2 migraines daily. Her migraine symptoms are better with pain medications but return within 4-6 hours once the medication effect decreases. She states they typically are behind her eyes. She continues to wear glasses for her vision occasionally, which she did not have them on during today's visit. Current Medication: Ubrevly 50 mg tablet. Patient state the only way her migrains are improved wis taking the Ubrevly 50mg in combination with OTC Excedrin Migraine BID. Previous Medication: Ibuprofen 800 mg Q8H PRN one or two a day for a week.
