Research Question:

The study aims to explore the reality of the use of e learning from the perspective of students of the First Level in the Department of Management Information Systems at the University of Hail. This study will seek to answer the following question: "What is the reality of the use of e-learning from the perspective of students of the First Level in the Department of Management Information Systems at University of Hail?"

Objectives of the study:

This study aims to:

• Identify the views of students about the use of e-learning.

• Identify the benefits of using e-learning from the perspective of students of the first level in the Department of Management information systems.

• Identify the obstacles to e-learning from the perspective of students of the first level in the Department of Management information systems.

Hypotheses

1. There are statistically significant differences between the benefits of e-learning and traditional learning from the perspective of the first-level students in the Department of Management Information Systems. (Dibiasa, 2000)

2. There is a are significant correlation between the usability of the technology applied e-learning at the university and active learning from the perspective of the first-level students in the Department of Management Information Systems. (Goodson, 2001)

3. There are statistically significant differences between the obstacles to the of e-learning from the perspective of the first-level students in the Department of Management Information Systems.

4. There is a correlation between the compatibility of the education curriculum with modern technology and the obstacles to e-learning from the perspective of students of the first level in the Department of Management information systems. (Al-Otebi, 2006)
