Organizations hope to increase productivity and spur growth when they adopt mobile technology. Unfortunately, integrating new technology does not always go as smoothly as some businesses would like. With a wide variety of users and ever-evolving choices, choosing a mobile technology can be an intimidating task. However, with the proper considerations, there are ways to navigate the process successfully.

In a 2- to 3-page report, perform the following:

  • Evaluate the potential benefits and challenges that the company should consider before implementing the technology.
