Task
As an individual you will analyse business case data and write a report based on the insights you gained from your Excel output and that provided to you.

Assessment Description
Imagine that you have just been awarded an internship with a council of an Industrial Zone. The Mayor of the council has asked your manager for some descriptive statistics on the businesses in the council area. You are expected to analyse the data to gain insight into the current status of particular featured of the council area, and report back to your manager. Your manager has asked you to use your knowledge of statistics and their interpretation, together with your Microsoft Excel and Word skills, to produce your insight.

Assessment Instructions
You will be given an excel file with data for analysis, and a Word file with detailed instructions on the day of your assessment. Some output and business questions will be supplied, whereas you will be expected to create some of your own output and business questions in other cases. All results will require interpretation in your own words. Use of GenAI to refine your interpretation will be permitted, however cutting and pasting of results and/or dot point type interpretations will incur penalties.
