Assume you can work in any environment you choose. Describe the setting, the surroundings, and the physical make-up of the domain. Inside, outside, dark, light...Be as specific as you can.

Now that you have described the environment, let's talk about people. What characteristics define the ideal people you want to work with? A few sample questions might be:

Are the people introverted? Extroverted?

Highly creative and challenging; no day is the same. Does every day pretty much follow the next?

Large amounts of direction and focus on tasks or autonomous and free to complete what is needed when needed

Once you describe the people and the environment, what can you say about the culture? How do you combine both people and surroundings to describe the culture of your ideal work environment? Some adjectives may be quiet, loud, fast-moving, and somber...but now that I've listed these you cannot use them in your description of the perfect culture

Does the perfect company exist? Why or why not?
