Anatomical Analyses of Exercises/Motions

Submit a video of yourself or a video of another person ( i.e: from YouTube) with exercises and motions of the following:

  1. Crunches (Sit-ups)
  2. Push-ups
  3. Chin-ups or Pull-ups
  4. Sweeping or Vacuuming (ie, using a broom or a vacuum cleaner)

Then construct tables of related moves for each of the 4 above Make sure you include the different phases in your tables (ex. up and down or back and forth) as different forces for movement and prime movers may be involved in the two phases.
