Promoted to HR Manager. Congratulations! The firm you work for has approximately 5,000 employees nationwide and ships textbooks to bookstores all over the United States and other parts of the world. There are 4 locations in the United States where your biggest employee group- Packagers, work. Since the company was founded 3 years ago, it has tripled in the size of employees and become unionized. Recently, the union that represents the Packagers has come forward demanding the Packaging job be analyzed as they feel the initial job description is not representative of the job.
