Think back over the last few months and consider a time when you and a friend or business associate promised or agreed to do something but did not follow through.

For example, did someone agree to do something for you but at the last minute tell you they could not?

Or, did someone agree to sell you something and after you agreed, change the price or conditions of the sale?

Given the facts in your example, analyze the situation in relation to the "elements of a contract", i.e. the legal requirements for a contract to exist.

After you do, decide whether a contact existed or did not exist and specify why. Make an original post with this analysis.

Follow up with at least two other students in response to their post, i.e. ask a question, state an alternative conclusion with your basis, etc.
