Question - Once I borrowed a pen from my classmate, but I forgot to return. One week later, she came to ask me: "Why you steal my pen?" And then I explained that I forgot to return the pen to you and I didn't keep the pen on purpose or consciously. Also I said to her: "I decided to return the pen to you after the class, but you left before the class end. But still, it is my fault that I forgot to return the pen to you." It is unconscious deception which when you do something dishonest, you don't need to be consciously aware it. In this situation, I have no idea that I engaged this stealing behavior and I don't know I was being dishonest, but she thinks that I stole his pen.

And then, my classmate said: "you are such a thief! I don't believe what you said. When I first time see you in the class, you dress like a bad girl and unfriendly person. I am so regret to lend you the pen! Do you know how much is this pen? It worth 500 dollars and it is already out of the stock and it is limited edition. I think because you don't have money to buy this kind of expensive pen, you want to keep it for yourself." After that, she gave me a finger and said "Screw you!" and than grab the pen and pushed me. It is obvious that she used communication style which is called direct aggression.

Analyze that conflict by using the concept of direct aggression.
