Assignment - Project about STC Saudi Arabia

Project Details - The purpose of this project is to describe and analyze business and managerial activities of a selected company. The project provides the students an opportunity to link theoretical aspects of the course with real world situations and to learn the challenges faced by companies in application of the concepts and techniques of management. Each group is required to undertake a business activities for an existing Saudi company and write a report about it. The project report should not be less than 1000 words and not more than 2000 words. The evaluation criteria for business report and presentation are attached. More details about the report format and outline are provided below:

Project Report Contents -

1. Brief general idea about the company (name of the company, field of business, location)

2. Company's Vision/mission/ goals

3. Products and markets of the company

4. Organization structure of the company

5. Major strength of the company (explain at least 5 points of strength)

6. Major weaknesses of the company (explain at least 3 points of weakness)

7. Recommendations to improve company's performance (At least 3 recommendations)

8. Conclusion
